Tim Hawkins

For those of you who know me, this might not be a surprise. For those of you who don’t know me, I am a big fan of stand-up comedy. This is a video that I came across, and thought was also pretty funny.

Tiger Woods

I was reading some news online, and came across a post about a dude selling Tiger Woods’ half-eaten apple core on ebay for $36,000:

“I was at the US Open this Friday, following Tiger Woods down the 12th Fairway, after his tee shot, he was eating an apple, 30 yards from his ball he discarded his apple core in the rough, I asked a photothe to kick it over my way, and he did, I never touched the core, Scooped it up in a empty beer cup, as not to disrupt the DNA, Ive got lots of witness’…all moneys go to my daughters college fund.”

The Unpatriotic Act

I have been thinking about this a lot recently. And since I mentioned in a comment on another blog that I would write a blog about the Patriot Act, here it goes.  I think that the United States Patriot Act is one of the most tyrannical pieces of legislation ever passed in the history of the United States. Polygamy and Gays

Yesterday, I was watching a Television show where they were talking with some of the people involved in polygamy.  Experts say that there are anywhere from 30,000 to 50,000 people living in some type of plural marriage family. Oprah did an interview with one of the families.  She was talking to each of the 3 wives, and none of them acted like it was any kind of big deal.  Between the 3 of them there are 23 people in the house, including the 3 wives, the 1 husband, and all the children.  I know at one time, that this was something the we believed in, only because it was a commandment given to the brethren at that time.

But the things they were being said on the Oprah Winfrey Show, frustrated me so bad, that I had to blog about it and get some frustrations out.

White Trash

I don’t know if that is an appropriate title for this post, but that is the first thing that I thought when I saw this picture.  On Thursday May 22, I was driving over to my Mom’s house to go camping, and I saw this van.
