Last Friday, March 22, 2013, I got woke up by Boise Police because of a disturbance call.
I let them in, they went to go check the room. When they came back up to the front desk, they told me there was broken glass and so forth. I went and checked the room. Sure enough, the mirror was broken all over the floor.
I told the customer to leave and check out. I went back to bed. When I woke up, I was told there had been blood all over the sidewalks and carpets in the back hall. This was all cleaned up. However, I went to the room with Maintenance man Dale, we found the towel bar was at a 45 degree angle. This was because the customer had pulled it out of the wall, and then tried to “shove” it back in. The door stop was also busted through the wall. Just overall a trashed room.
