…And now the gate is up

I was working today, and got a text from Dale Boyer. He asked me if I knew why there was a fence around the Rodeway Inn. I honestly have no idea why it is there, and that’s what I told him. At this point, I really do not care about the place; as I am ready to move on with my life. New Job?

Today was the start of a new job. I work at American Fire Protection in Nampa, Idaho, doing the bookkeeping and payroll as well as other office tasks. Originally, I went in for the interview yesterday and was offered the job right away, without really an official interview. I was going to turn it down, because there are no benefits and the pay was not really the greatest. (more…)
